Rich currently serves as an associate pastor at Trinity Church in Miami, Florida.

Rich appears weekly on JCTV hosting the talk show Top3 which features popular Christian personalities and round table discussion on current news. Rich and his wife, DawnChere lead a weekly young adult gathering in Miami called The Rendezvous, a meeting place to worship God and connect with others.
