We are so excited for this summer season of GU interns, and believe that with Gods grace, this is truly going to be the best year yet. WHAT WILL GU SUMMER INTERNS BE UP TO….
Intern Devotions – Every day as GU Interns we start out with corporate prayer and worship. This is a time when we come together to seek God, intercede for our city, schools, and our church.
GU services – Every week our interns are a huge part of all things GU. From set up and tear down to leading and pre-service prayer, to the GU worship team, to praying for kids on our alter teams; the interns have a hand in every aspect of GU.
Campus outreach – As an intern, you will get the opportunity to be apart of outreach on your campus. This is an opportunity in which we will go hands on in each neighbor to see God do great things.
Serving – As an intern, you will be stretched and grown in many different aspects of ministry. From working with the GU pastors, to assisting worship teams and campus pastors, to children’s ministry assistants, to learning new skills in audio/visual departments, there are so many different opportunities!
Pastoral Encounters – One of your favorite things will quickly become the weekly meetings with your pastors to learn principles to live your life by. You will have the opportunity to walk through the whole New Testament and learn the background and importance of each book.
Live Love Projects —These are project we will be doing together to express Gods love to people in our community.
