Chad is driven by a passion to see a generation fully committed to following God. He lives to raise up young leaders and since his time in Puyallup has pioneered the United Generation Ministry. Chad got his start in ministry as a youth pastor in East Los Angeles, while earning his Pastoral Ministry Degree at Life Pacific College. In 2004, he returned to the Northwest to pastor in Puyallup where he married his wife, Julia. Chad and Julia, oversee the United Generation (Junior High, High School & College) ministries at Foursquare church and direct the Ministry Institute program.
