Alicia serves as a lay pastor on the Mill Plain campus overseeing the MP  Jr High Ministry Ministry. Her passion is to see the next generation live like Jesus and share His love. She received her bachelors degree from Portland Bible College and has faithfully served City Bible Church for many years. With her heart for young people, the word, and an authentic relationship with the Lord, she continues to make a great impact in our youth ministry!
