Andrew is an Associate Youth Pastor overseeing the Mill Plain campus. He is passionate about touching his generation, and speaks with intensity and sensitivity. He attended Portland Bible College, graduating with a Bachelor of Theology and an Associate in Pastoral Counseling. You can find him speaking regularly to the City Bible Church youth ministry as well as other churches. Andrew has made a great impact in our youth ministry and we know this is only the beginning!
